What started as a family room gut and remodel...has now became a "roof" project as well. Upon tearing out the family room, we realized that we had leaking from around the chimney/roof. Well, sure enough--rotten roof! So.....now we have a chimney/family room/roof project.......To be continued.....

Ohhhh...that sounds so familiar. We started out remodeling our bathroom and ended up with pretty much a new house (only it's still not done--funny how things really slow down once it becomes relatively comfortable for living).
