Walking the Jetty

We walked all along the Jetty in Plymouth one evening. It was beautiful. As we headed out, the tide was out and just starting to come back in. That was one thing that amazed me--this being my first time to see the ocean. The tides are just amazing, powerful. The water is just an expanse...there is no other word for it. Isn't that what Genesis says, a great expanse? It is huge, beautiful, powerful. Only God could have created this. By the time we walked back, this little trickle of water was covered. How great is our God.
