Thanks for the comment on my blog. I must admit that I had to verify your identity with my husband. He launched into stories about indoor soccer with your husband! I recognized your last name from my in-law's church and I'm curious how you found out about my blog. I love hearing how blogging has connected people!
By the way, I love stamping, too, and one of my good friends has me hooked on Stampin' Up!

Hmmmm....through friend of a friend type thing. You know one minute you are reading a friends BLOG and then it says something about another friend which takes you to their BLOG and round and round it goes!

Okay...Who are your inlaws? We used to attend CLBC in Chisago City MN. I attended Pillsbury, my husband BJU. I wish I knew whose BLOG I linked to yours from, but I honestly don't know. Quite possibly it is from MitchellMania since I just found hers through another Blogger friend, Cartoon Living. MitchellMania's dad was my pastor for a few years during Jr.High!

I love meeting new friends, so don't hesitate to email me! karen.hindt@gmail.com

Karen - I'm pretty sure that you got to Donette through me. Anyway, just looked up your church, and Jerry Dorman was the dean of men @MBBC while I was there, so I knew him, as well as Josh Waltz.

I had lunch with Gretchen on Friday, and she told me she had seen Josh Waltz at the church they visited on Wednesday night, so we were talking about him a little. Then I get your e-mail that he is your youth pastor... funny!

One more thing... your hair looks a lot different than I remember... what I remember is the old 80's big bangs/shoulder length perm. Much improvement there! :-)

Hi, Karen, I found your blog through Donette's. I am Gretchen who saw Josh Waltz Wednesday night at church here in Louisville. He was down here taking a J-term class for a week. I had him for English Comp 1 and 2 my freshman year of college and he was one of my FAVORITE teachers. He wrote nice things about my pathetically boring papers that made me think I had potential as a writer (I love writing).

Anyway, I just wanted to say that you have pretty much the exact taste in music and books that I do! :) And I think that your pictures are cute. Nice to meet you!

OK, Karen--I just found your blog, via Donette's (who I discover you do not even know). Anyways, did you go to Maranatha--bc you look SO familiar??? And what about your husband? What was your maiden name? It has just been too long ago for me to keep track of college people. :-)

I LOVE to meet and talk with new people. Oh, and our other pastors wife was here last night and said Josh mentioned meeting a Gretchen!

What a SMALL world we live in! It's always fun to read and talk to people who have similar interests. Mine being reading and music are bigees!

Hi Sarah! My maiden name was Anderson, but I attended PBBC (Pillsbury). What was your maiden name? I played BBall for Pills. Maybe you played. I was point guard?

I had friend at Maranatha and my roomate at PBBC attended Maranatha a few years, so I visited there with her. Anyway....whats funny is I don't know Donette personally, but her husband and my husband grew up in the same church and their parents still attend that church together. I know her husbands parents and his brothers. So small world, this blogging world is!

Nice to meet you!
