Here Natalie is putting the crushed candy canes on the rim of the stemware. Almost all my stemware has come from garage sales. I dipped the glasses in chocolate and then cover the rims with broken candy cane. Later we filled them with homemade mousse.



Here Natalie is stirring the lemon curd. It was our first attempt and was out of this world. Some of the food were easy, but labor intensive. This had to be stirred continually for 15 minutes.
