Happy 13th Birthday Nattie!

May 15th, 1995 The day after Mothers Day. My first little baby was born. We had her name picked out in the winter. Natalie. Just couldn't decide on the middle. Yup...Joy...it was perfect.

And she was perfect....7 lbs. 11 oz. 21" long; not a difficult or long labor...I don't remember much today about the labor, pain, first moments.....but I remember being just enamored with my first child. Totally in love with her.

Well 13 years has gone by in a blink of an eye. We've moved 6 times times since she's been born. Added 3 other kids. But nothing has changed...she is literally a joy and delight.

These 2 dozen apricot roses are from the Hindt grandparents, Anderson Grandparents and Us. They are waiting for her for morning when she gets up. Hopefully she will know how special she is. Thanks grandma B for the good idea....I was thinking to far outside the box for what to do. This is perfect.
