Well, the homeschooling world got even smaller. As the kids took Ben the Schnauzer for a walk, they met the neighbor kids (4 of them) who were fellow homeschoolers. They made friends quickly and played all sorts of games with them the first few days of our visit.Ben, oh, did the kids fall in love with him. He is Larry and Bev's dog. They've been schemeing every way possible to get one now...and name him Jerry.
The other picture is our first view of a glacier. We viewed this on Friday, the 4th on our way down to Whittier. To access Whittier, you have to go through a one way tunnel. Every 1/2 hour it changes the direction coming in our out.
