Bathroom Renovation Began

Yesterday Blair and the kids (I'm sick) began the renovation of our Master Bedroom Bath. Our house was built in the mid- 70s so it needed to be updated--all was original--but the main reason was the genius builders of our house put the sink/vanity inside the master bedroom (like in the room) and then the toliet and shower were in a door. So this makes it hard for me to get ready in the morning or during the day anytime, since Blair sleeps during the day. No venting meant the walls were dripping with moisture after a shower, grout missing all over and to turn the shower faucet on left a several inch gap between the fixture and the tile. It literally pulled the handle into the shower to turn it on!

So...since Blair has worked like mad the past 6 months on his lawn business...we, or rather he, began this little project. Today he had it completely gutted. Tomorrow he is hoping to move the plumbing and electrical, remove the ceiling and put up the new wall and pocket door.
